I started Hebeler Graphics to create great design for small to medium-sized businesses.
I believe great design exists at the crossroads between thinking and feeling. While the unexpected gets noticed and is memorable, it's the marriage of intellect and emotion is when it then becomes meaningful.
With this in mind, I place importance on how graphic design makes the viewer feel as well as the thinking behind the design.
Researchers are learning that our decision-making process is based in the unconscious mind.*  Most of the time, our conscious minds aren't aware of these feelings. We like to believe we’re in total control of our actions and behaviors through reason and logic, but there’s an inner guide — the unconscious — that actually leads us in our lives.
I believe that we can connect to our unconscious through our feelings. It's about our nonverbal thought process and how we navigate our world without words.
Over the years, I've created a process that taps into this approach. It's how nature, culture and our personal experience influence our feelings and actions, as well as the role that design, color, type, images and words play in our life.
Let's talk about how this process can work for you. Please email me on my contact page if you'd like to learn more.
